The rooms were pretty nice; looked clean
The smell of cigarettes and marijuana was unbearable; although they claim all their rooms are non smoking. We complained and they brought an air purifier for a couple of hours which didn't do a thing; no air freshener either. The three nights we spent there were a torture. This was my first time traveling to Arizona and was not told that at Stays America towels are not replaced daily. The second day we were there, the gentleman at the front desk told us that we had to bring our towels to the front desk if we wanted new towels.
I like the highway access
The place was exactly what i expected and paid for. Nothing great and nothing bad.
They allowed a motorcycle gang to stay at their facility and they played loud music all night and talked loud all night.
Room was not ready until 8 pm.
Location was very good for what I needed to get to
Had to call a few times requesting kitchen items to be delivered to the room also the laundry area was close for three days for repairs
Towel bar missing,
There was always a long line at the front desk!
The bed was comfortable.
Very small room. Our reservation was screwed up. I had confirmation but they said they didn't have a reservation. They blamed Booked.net. Booked.net notified us one week prior to coming there that we were all set. Then when we got there they said there was no reservation. Very dissappointing. Very overpriced for what we got. They charged us more than what Booked.net promised and we still did not get our refund of the difference back.
Very easy to get to.not far from dining establishments.
Some of tenants making noise at early hours if the night, roughly 2-3:00 in the morning.
old and stale smell
The room wasn't ready til 8 o'clock p.m. The t.v.wasn't working right!!!
I liked leaving and going to a different hotel where the Internet service was adequate, Red Roof Inn in Tucson cost less and had great internet.
Most things were good, except for an over-shadowing horrible thing. I described it in my blog. (first time I have been SOOO mad at a hotel that I have written a blog) Google "Extended Stay Innflux wifi scam" for my blog post. Basically, they offer a "free" wifi speed that is too slow to use. Then I paid almost $40 for faster speeds for my wife & I for 9 days, and it constantly broke down, and even when it worked never exceeded 2.05 mbps. As a business traveler, this is ridiculous in 2016!
Toilet didnt work. They fixed it the next day and left my room in a mess. Pillows are old, worn out and flat.
